3 things we have to Avoid in Diet

  1. Fried food items.
  2. All purpose flour(Maida).
  3. Less sugary items.
  4. Let's make Healthy eating a habit.
  5. To cultivate this habit participate in our 21 days challenge.
  6. Earn a Participation Certificate and 3 winners will get marit certificate.

How to apply

  1. Follow us @AllIndiaVipraAssociation is our facebook account and instagram handle.
  2. Tag any 3 of your friends
  3. Post all your meals i.e. breakfast, lunch, dinner and don't forget to tag us
  4. Do this continuously for 21 days
  5. And get a chance to win 21 days challenge and meet a healthier you
